Family Support Network BVI is a non-profit, non-governmental organization whose primary aim is to aid individuals, couples and families affected by domestic violence.
The British Virgin Islands Red Cross is a non-profit, volunteer-run, humanitarian organization, and through its many programs provides assistance to persons within the BVI who are in need. The organization is a part of a global voluntary network, responding to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies, whether health or social. They assist vulnerable persons in the British Virgin Islands and abroad in preparing for and withstanding emergencies in their own communities.
BVI Red Cross programs include disaster management, first aid training, first aid at events, an annual prostate cancer screening, medical equipment rental, home care and a youth programme.

The BVI Cancer Society is a non-profit community organization established to generate and create awareness about all forms of cancer and to provide assistance to residents of the British Virgin Islands who are living with a cancer diagnosis.
