The litigation team at Hunte & Co. represents clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, from the initial filing of claims in the appropriate court to enforcement of legal judgments. While we are seasoned courtroom advocates, we also recognize that trial is not always the preferred way to resolve disputes. We also assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes to help clients resolve matters in a favorable and efficient manner.
