Richard Winston Arthur obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in 2001. He then completed an LLB in Law at UWI, Cave Hill in 2005 before completing his Legal Education Certificate at The Hugh Wooding Law School, St Augustine, Trinidad in 2007.
