Legal System
The legal system is like that of most Commonwealth Countries based on the English legal system, which is English Common Law supplemented by locally enacted laws. The court system is part of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and comprises a High Court and a Court of Appeal. The final court of appeal is the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in England.
