Laura S Arthur obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana in May 1994. She obtained the degree of Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in May 1997 and was the recipient of the John and Frieda Golden Prize for Legal Writing. She also obtained a Certificate of Legal Education in March 2001 from the University of the West Indies, Eugene Dupuch Law School, in Nassau, Bahamas.
